Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Hello Friends,

At From a Friend, we want to keep things clear, fair, and simple. Please read

our policies below before placing your order.

1- RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges, only within:

• 7 days of delivery (India)

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Original tag and packaging must be intact.

• Shipping charges for returned items will have to be borne by you.

• One round of exchange will be on the house, beyond which you will have to

bear all shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible:

• Items on Sale.

2- REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the product received back by us,

is inspected and approved by quality check team. If an item fails the quality check,

refund will be cancelled and the product will be delievered back to you, provided

you are ready to bear the cost of delivery. In the case otherwise, transaction will be

cancelled right away.

3- CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at

support@fromafriend.org with subject line:

"Cancel Order #[Order Number]"

Beyond 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped
